Alliance Concrete Pumps Proudly Donates Proceeds from Auction to Support the CIM Education Program

Las Vegas, NV – Alliance Concrete Pumps is proud to announce its ongoing commitment to the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Education Program through the donation of proceeds from the auction of a 2026 Alliance JXLZ 38m concrete pump. This auction took place during the 2026 World of Concrete in Las Vegas, NV and marks the fifth consecutive year of supporting this meaningful cause.
The company is honored to collaborate with Rushing Concrete Company, Inc., based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who purchased the pump with an MSRP Price of $545,000. As a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, Rushing Concrete embodies the values of quality and innovation that resonate with Alliance's mission.
“We are proud to be a part of this generous donation, knowing that the proceeds from our pump purchase are being invested back into our industry,” said Hunter Rushing from Rushing Concrete. “No other pump manufacturer supports the concrete industry like Alliance does.”
The contributions will provide meaningful scholarships for students pursuing a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Concrete Industry Management at esteemed institutions such as Middle Tennessee State University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Texas State University, California State University – Chico, and South Dakota State University. With over 500 students currently enrolled in the CIM program, there is an urgent need for skilled professionals ready to meet the demands of an ever-evolving industry.
“Students who earn a degree in CIM are the future leaders in concrete and construction,” stated Clayton White, co-owner and CEO of Alliance Concrete Pumps. “It is essential to provide them with the opportunities they need to thrive. We are pleased that this donation will assist students seeking to further their education in a field that is so vital to our industry.”
Alliance partners Ken and Clayton had the privilege of visiting the CIM program at California State University – Chico last fall. Their firsthand experience observing the dedication and passion of the educators reaffirmed the commitment to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders. Witnessing the great work being done and the potential talent that will shape the future of the concrete and construction sectors was truly inspiring.
At Alliance Concrete Pumps, the commitment to the CIM program reflects a strong belief in the importance of education and talent development within the concrete industry. This ongoing support aims to help shape future professionals who will lead and innovate in the field.
